Besides, my basic sewing classes offered via Newport News parks and rec, I also offer basic, intermediate, and advanced sewing classes at my studio in the Mariner Building on Warwick Boulevard at affordable prices.
I teach and inspire children and adults to sew in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. My philosophy is not only to perpetuate sewing as an art and lifetime skill, but also to foster creativity and confidence. I have had many satisfied students. Come join us!

 Kids Holiday Sewing Camps (pillow, drawstring bag, tote bag, bookmark, apron, etc.)  
Sewing machine is provided, but if you/your child has one that is functional, then please bring it.  I encourage you to bring your own machine so you can learn to operate it efficiently at home and when you're in class.

Sewing Studio Time - You will have access to our studio's sewing machines, cutting tables, other sewing tools and equipment, and friendly assistance. This is not a class. Must call for an appointment and space availability. Fee is $10.00 an hour (1 hour minimum).
