Basic sewing classes include:
  • Sewing 101 for Kids (boys and girls)
  • Sewing 101 for Adults
  • Sewing for Homeschoolers (boys and girls)
  • Sewing for Mom and Me/Dad and Me (boys and girls and an accompanying adult)
  • Survival Sewing (learn how to sew a button, make simple repairs, and basic hemming)
  • Mend and Alter Workshop

    • Intermediate classes include: (must have taken a basic sewing class or equivalent skiils)

    Sewing Studio Time - You will have access to our studio's sewing machines, cutting tables, other sewing tools and equipment, and friendly assistance. This is not a class. Must call for an appointment and space availability. Fee is $10.00 an hour (1 hour minimum).

Do you want to start your own business, but don't  know how? This fun, informative class will teach you how to start your own crafty business. 
     
    I teach classes at our studio located in the Mariner Building in Newport News which is located between Harris Teeter and CNU Village. Our address is 12388 Warwick Blvd, Suite 112, Newport News, VA 23606.
